Orders and Shipping
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3 to 4 business days
- Europe: 6 to 8 business days
- Australia: 2 to 14 business days
- Japan: 4 to 8 business days
- Other countries: 10 to 20 business days
Please, remember that these are crazy Covid-19 times and fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
We believe in color, freshness, and madness. We use high quality, thick matte paper with archival quality ink so you can have crisp and vibrant pieces of art at your home.

- We work with giclée printing quality and opacity of 94%

No. We use an external payment provider (Stripe) and we don’t process directly your payment. If you choose to save your payment information for future purchases, it will be kept directly by Stripe.
Yes, we display our prices with taxes, but they may change during the checkout process (we calculate the taxes depending on your location).
Yes, we currently ship to European Union, United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

We work hard with our provider so orders arrive in a perfect state. But, sometimes, bad things happen :(.

You may return your product to the address on your package slip. We recommend you to carefully store this document until you are sure that everything’s ok.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner: Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
